    • Food Orders: If the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to the user's original payment method.
    • Grocery and Parcel Delivery Orders: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, and any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Order Status:
    • Users can check the status of their order in the app to determine whether it is eligible for cancellation. Once an order moves to the "Preparing" or "Out for Delivery" status, cancellation may not be possible.
  5. Special Circumstances:
    • In the case of restaurant closures, item unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, Door 2 door Delivery   reserves the right to cancel orders and will provide a full refund to the user.
